The last Sneakerlah was in 2019 and due to the pandemic it was temporarily held until this year 2022. This is the biggest sneaker event here in Malaysia and considerably in the SEA region. It was my first time to attend this event and oh boy I did not regret it. Thanks to my sneakerhead friend Anthony for inviting me and scoring a VIP ticket to attend. We went together on day 1 and I went alone on day 2.
I am not a sneakerhead myself but I just admire good sneakers that’s it. I am not familiar with the names and the history of the sneakers so that was the struggle I had going to this event but just like any event goer, I enjoyed roaming around and taking videos of what I see interesting.
Aside from the booths, i enjoyed the performances and activities within the event itself. Performances on the main stage and more. Since this was my first time, I really did not expect much but to just go with the flow.
